With respect to the technical properties of the internet, we do not assume any responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided on this website. We also assume no responsibility for the availability or the operation of this website and its contents.
As far as legally permissible, all liability for indirect, direct or other damages, regardless of the cause, resulting from the use or non-availability of the data and information of this website is excluded.
The content of this website is subject to copyright protection. The information is only intended for personal use. Any further use, in particular, storage in databases, duplication and any form of commercial use, as well as its transfer to third parties – also in parts or in a revised form – without the agreement of the respective organisation, is prohibited.
In principle, you can visit our web pages without informing us who you are. In this case, we only store access data which is not personally identifiable, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting and the name of the file(s) you have requested. This information will, at most, be used for statistical purposes and serves to improve our offering. You remain anonymous as an individual user.
Personal data is information about your identity, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and IP data. We collect personal data only when you provide it to us by responding to an enquiry, entering into a contract or by the opening of a customer account. We use the personal data provided by you solely for the purpose which you shared the data for. When opening a customer account, the data disclosed will be saved for future orders and can, at any time, be viewed and amended by you in the password-protected customer account.
We do not pass your data, including your address and email address, on to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners, for example, transport companies which require certain data for the delivery of your order (name, address, and, where applicable, your telephone number). The scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum. The data transmitted in this way may only be used by our service providers in order to carry out their task.
In cases where we offer advance payment, for example, in cases of purchase on account, we reserve the right to, for the protection of our legitimate interests, gather an identity and credit check from service companies specialised in this (credit agencies). For this purpose, we transmit your personal information required for a credit check to credit agencies. The credit report can include probability values (score values), which are calculated using scientifically-recognised mathematical and statistic methods; the calculation of which involves the use of, among other things, address data. We use the information we receive on the statistical probability of a shortfall in payment to make a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of a contractual relationship. Your legitimate interests are taken into consideration according to the statutory provisions.

Google will also transfer this data to third parties, if necessary, provided that this is legally mandated or where third parties process this information on Google’s behalf. Under no circumstances will Google link your IP address with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of the Cookies with an appropriate adjustment of your browser software; however, we should point out that if you do so, it is possible that you will not be able to use all of the functions on this website. In addition, you can prevent Google gathering the information generated by the Cookie and data related to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
